Do you ever struggle to free your mind of pain and stress?
To live a peaceful life we need to learn to see the world through pure eyes rather than through the lens of our busy mind.
The mind can be so cheeky and can try and run the show at times but as we awaken to truth we can learn to free the mind and surrender to the natural beauty of each moment.

Here are the simple steps to the practice again
1. Get yourself a journal to write in at the end of each day.
2. Scan your day and notice the times that you were triggered, stressed and in pain.
3. Identify the belief that was underlying the moment.
4. Examine the truth of this belief.
Over time you will notice the power of the false beliefs will reduce and you can continue to enjoy life as it is!
NOTE- Try not over analyse each day just use this technique for the big triggers/beliefs that are circling and then simply relax and flow. Mind techniques are like training wheels on a bike. Eventually we don't need them and can just ride free!
