It was fascinating to read what the Silent Nature Tribe's deepest yearnings were and the main causes of suffering in your lives.
Bit by bit over the next few weeks I will share a summary of the results with you so that you can see that you are not alone. AND so that you can see... that we all kinda yearn for the same stuff and we all kinda stumble over similar hurdles along the way.
Soo what themes stood out amongst the hoards of responses?
Well there was a complete and almost unanimous use of the word PEACE when you were asked what you yearn for the most. A few others like love, happiness and connection were thrown in there but as I read through all the responses it was an obvious repeated message...
WE WANT PEACE with a capital P!
Well you've come to the right place... because peace is my speciality. I have spent almost 40 years diving into the silence within nature, the silence beyond the noise of life, the silence in between each thought and the silence that is the very core of who we are. I have dedicated my life to the deepening surrender into peace and I feel very blessed and grateful to call my 'job' the sharing of these insights with you.

Meditation - Hands down THE most powerful and life changing skill that we can ever learn to master is the art of meditation. I'm not talking let's levitate off the table or bend a spoon with our focus type meditation... I'm talking about practicing being fully present to the sensations, thoughts, emotions and energy flow in our being and loving and accepting whatever arises. Yep that means loving the Cr@p out of any so called negativity that arises. Plain and simple... learning to love what is.
