1. What is the main emotional pattern that has been circling in your business?
2. What old hurts/failures/disappointments do you still carry and need to let go of?
3. Who do you need to forgive (include yourself)?
4. What are your biggest fears in your business and life?
5. What angers and frustrates you in business?
Allow any emotion to flow that may have been triggered by the questions.
Be the silent witness of the emotion.
Optional: Nature Activity
Visit a natural water source in nature to connect with the WATER element.
(ocean, river, stream, waterfall, or if you can't get to a natural source your shower/bath/spa/pool)
Water assists to cleanse and balance our emotions.
Sit beside the water, put your feet in or immerse yourself in the water
and spend five minutes giving thanks to your emotions
as they are what allow us to be compassionate feeling humans.
Allow yourself to fully open and give permission to any emotions to flow.
No need to analyse or try to fix any emotions that arise...
simply watch, welcome and directly experience these emotions
without adding a dialogue or story to the feelings.
Relax and breathe into any emotional waves watching them come and go.
Take a bottle of water with you and ensure to drink
and hydrate your body to also flush emotions from the inside.
Spend some time writing, drawing or moving to express any emotions that have arisen.
